There are apps for everything and include fried chicken delivery.
KFC has recently launched a shipping app for users on Android and iOS. Customers can place orders for fried chicken combo dishes, desserts and more with KFC Malaysia app.
To order, select the food of your choice and proceed to payment. Your bill will include a shipping charge of RM3 and a service tax of 6%.
After that, you can choose to pay by cash or credit card. Depending on daylight, you may have to wait up to 60 minutes for your delivery to arrive.
If you like Wedges Cheezy, here are some good news. From now until December 2, customers who ship shipping orders can redeem one large free Cheezy seed. This promotional agreement is valid for customers who register user accounts on their app.
On the delivery application’s website, there is an extensive FAQ section for customers to learn more about the service. For example, customers will receive a confirmation email after placing an order.
The FAQ also states that shipment is available from 10am to 10.30pm daily, including public holidays. Customers can also make reservations in advance. There is a minimum order of RM15 excluding delivery charges.
The app has a self-collection option where customers can pre-order and pick up food at the time of choice at selected stores.
However, this service is currently only available at 13 KFC shops in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. KFC stated that he was working towards adding more locations to collect himself.
KFC also recently announced partnership with Maybank to enable Maybank QRPay at KFC restaurant. Customers who can now pay for their food with QR code generated via Maybank app.
This digital payment system is now available at 11 KFC outlets, KFC Puduraya, Pavilion 2, Bukit Bintang, KL Sentral, Mid Valley Megamall, KLIA 2, Sunway Pyramid, Shah Alam Section 7, The Curve and VSQ.
KFC pledged to include this service to more branches throughout the country by the first quarter of 2019.
